Whenever you are in extreme painful situation, whenever you become severely weak, the powers of the parallel world becomes supremo, active at it's highest degree and stimulate you to join their world,  the world of negativity. There's no equipment discovered to fight and kill the negativity, you can only reduce it. And to reduce it, you have to increase the strength of positivity. It can be practice by everyone and the benefits are enormous. The word trataka means steady gazing. The practice of trataka involves gazing at a point without blinking the eyes. I asked why do spirit follow us? She replied :-  Guardian Angels are always around us, attracted to the ones who have matching vibrations. You are the doorway between existence and non-existence. Either be this side or the another. Don't block the door. You may have something stressful going on in your life at the moment and they know you need them. That spirit may come in the form of Human or may be not. Not everything in the world is rational to human intelligence. They may follow you for both the good and bad reasons!

Do you communicate with your higher self? While being in our physical bodies on this planet, we do set our priorities in accordance with our body. And as we grow, we start giving priorities to our final goals, rather than enjoying the smaller journeys. We start experiencing the pain rather than finding out the root cause. The complete disregard to the one's soul leads to some serious consequences . In result, our higher self becomes occluded & our ego takes the executive control. The challenge is to find our true and unadulterated higher self, to establish communication, to integrate it into our current self and ultimately allowing it to take control and guide us.
